Betty is a Cordon Bleu chef with several years experience in fine dining and Michelin starred restaurants. She is now creating an individual menu to give our group of guests an amazing food experience using local suppliers of sustainable, ethically produced meat and fish and fresh seasonal produce to create a delicious, balanced, three course dinner each evening.
Served daily to residents, alongside our free range, organic cooked breakfast choices we offer a full continental breakfast buffet including homemade pastries and jams.
We offer a three course table d’hôte dinner to residents as an optional choice. Either pre-book when you reserve your room or book at breakfast each morning.
